Signature of Emanuel Ellul (as GVERNATUR). Head of Melita as watermark. Windowed security thread on the front side. Two doves in flight as registration device. Holographic patch with map and dove on the front side. One horizontal and one vertical dark red 5-digit serial number with the triple letter prefix BCM and the suffix A on the front side. The horizontal serial number has digits of the same size, while the vertical one has digits of increasing size. Printed by Thomas de la Rue, United Kingdom.
